When ordering a tablecloth you might come across a few terms that you probably might not understant. When we ask you to choose the finishing you’ll have two choices:
  • Hem: where the edge of a piece of cloth is folded narrowly and sewn over itself to prevent the unravelling of the fabric.
  • Overlock: is a kind of stitch that sews over the edge of the tablecloth.
We have two diferent types of binding: The drop is an essential part to the tablecloth, it’s the piece of cloth that hangs over the tablecloth. When you calculate your tablecloth it’s very important that you add the drop you want and make sure you follow these basic guidelines:
  • You add it to both sides. Many people make this mistake. If you want a 20cm drop you’ll have to multiply it by two so that both sides of the table get it, if not it would effectively be a 10cm drop.
  • You add it to both width and length.
We must diferentiate between a cassinian and an oval tablecloth, an oval one is completely rounded, while a cassinian tablecloth will have a rectangular middle bit. With a cassinian tablecloth it’s vital that you give us the correct middle length, as this will give us an indication of the table’s dimension. The blue arrow denotes what the middle length is: When you order a tablecloth that requires a discreet joint (ie when the tablecloth’s width is greater then that of the fabric) it’ll look something like this:

If you would like your product to be shipped elsewhere please contact us and we will try to help you.

Unfortunately deliveries to some postal addresses may not be available. If we do not deliver to your address, we will notify you as soon as possible.

You will be required to sign for your delivery. If we are unable to deliver, our courier may return your parcel to its depot and leave a note explaining where your parcel is and how you can rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. If delivery is not rearranged or your parcel collected it will be returned to our warehouse. Please contact us at info@royaltablecloths.com to arrange redelivery in these circumstances. You may be responsible for additional delivery charges on any redelivery.

If you do not receive your parcel after 2 weeks you made your order, please contact us so we can track it with our courier. Passed this delay, we might not be able to track the parcel and not refund or exchange will be offered.

Delivery times are estimates only. We will try hard to meet our delivery times but are not responsible for any delayed or unsuccessful deliveries. Sometimes orders may take longer to fulfil and certain services may be removed during our seasonal sales, periods of promotional activity or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather. We accept payment through PayPal and Stripe. 

Paypal - You can either login to your paypal account and make payment for your order or you can use the 'Guest' feature of paypal to pay without a paypal account. 

Stripe - Pay using your debit or credit card. 

Bank Transfer - Pay for your order by transferring the order amount into our bank account. (Order will be processed once funds have cleared).

We only stock rolls of fabrics which means that all our products are custom made and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing error or another fault has been made on our part. 

Please request a free sample before purchase as screen settings may not accurately reflect true colour.

If the item is faulty, we accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your tablecloth, however in some cases we  shall offer you a part refund and ask you to keep hold of your purchase rather than returning it.

Please contact us prior to returning your item, as we will not authorise a refund for items returned without authorisation.
